1. Product Use: When using any device supplied by Independent Skin, you agree to follow all instructions provided in the user manual for safe and effective use. The Devices are intended for personal, at-home use.
When using the IN-Pen, treatment plans must be followed.
Please take a photo before and immediately after the completed treatment as well as proof of double cleansing treated areas to ensure a sterile treatment area. Proof must be by imagery or video.
2. Safety Precautions: Ensure you read and understand all safety precautions outlined in the user manual. Do not use the Device on open wounds, irritated skin, or if you have a history of keloid scarring. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns regarding your skin condition.
3. Device Maintenance: Follow the recommended maintenance guidelines provided in the user manual to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the Device. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the Device, as it may void the warranty.
4. Warranty: All electrical goods have a 12-month warranty, please contact theindependentskin@gmail.com to arrange shipping for a product inspection and replacement.
5. Returns and Refunds:
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days.
Refunds are issued on all unopened and unused purchases.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as personal care products where the product’s hygiene seal has been removed, the packaging has been opened or the product has touched skin.
However, if you wish to return an open/used personal care product, it’s open to review and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. (You must have proof of purchase)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at sales@flavo.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
c. Ship the item(s) to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with the Device, please contact our customer service within the specified return period for assistance. Returns are subject to our return policy, which can be found on our website.
6. User Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older, or 16 with parental supervision, to purchase and use the Device. By using the Device, you confirm that you are of legal age and can enter into this agreement.
7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Device, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, and copyrights, are the property of the manufacturer. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
